The Free plan has no cost and requires no payment. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, you are charged immediately for the first month, and then on the same date each subsequent month.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your webhook data exceeding Free plan limits will be retained for 7 days after downgrade, then automatically trimmed.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund:
• Email support@hookcatcher.dev within 14 days of your first payment.
• Include your account email address and reason for the refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion. We may offer refunds in cases of:
• Extended service outages that materially affected your use of the Service.
• Billing errors or duplicate charges.
• Other exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

• Your registered email address
• The date of the charge you wish to be refunded
• The reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly.
